You need for this tutorial :
1. When you downloaded your map, you can extract it to open the folder inside and remove sub-folder if it exists.
2. In your control panel, from the "FTP" menu recover your FTP credentials enter them in Filezilla or Winscp client, then click on "Quickconnect" button.
3. In your Windows explorer drag and drop the extracted map trough Filezilla into your server root. The map name must not have any space or special character, otherwise it not will recognized by the server.
4. When your map was uploaded, go in the "Maps" menu and activate it, the server will start directly with the new map.
Now you can connect to your server to test your new map!
